Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Convenience fees or gateway charges are non-refundable.

Damage or Loss

  • In case of damage, repair or replacement cost will be charged based on assessment.

  • No refunds are applicable once equipment is handed over.
